Your decision to quit should be yours alone. Though you may heed to the advice of people but don’t assume you will quit because of them.

Number Two Mistake; Quitting Because Of Limited Cash.

From my experience I have come to realise that smokers will prefer to satisfy that smoking urge than to eat good food. What am I saying? If the money you have on can accommodate a pack of cigarette and good food. It is more likely that you buy the pack and hang on for a free meal or a mediocre meal.

When cash is very limited some tend to reduce the number of sticks they smoke thinking that they are on their way to quitting and deceive themselves that to time they will quit. I will tell quickly why this method will not work.
Having access to credit facilities at your local cigarette is it. When you are trying to quit the idea of having these facilities comes to mind and here you go again buying the packs and smoking more.

All these mistakes can be avoided once and for all and that is your absolute decision to quit and knowing how to quit.

    Nicotine contains some kind of addiction, which is not good for the health. If suppose someone want to quit smoking he or she tries hard for it but due to nicotine addiction they are not succeed in it.
