Most smokers are not sincere with their self, they are familiar with what they need to do to curb or completely stop the habit but rather they are looking out for one magical system or the other that they can use and wake up to se that they no longer crave for the cigarette stick.

But it not usually the case. There is no real magical system to quitting smoking and the only magical solution that works anyday, anytime, anywhere is your absolute decision to give up smoking right now. How then do you give up smoking?

I am going to give you just three ways to give up smoking in this feature and the others in another feature article.

1. Making Up Your Mind To.

Smoking as we all know is very addictive but that not a core reason why we can not quit. Our decisions on this issue matters a lot. You have to be absolutely sure you want to quit. My experience as a smoker was just like any other smoker.

The way it made me feel, the smell, planning my daily activities around smoking and the most annoying of all I found it difficult to quit. Any spare moment I had I smoked. Before after a meal I smoked, before I go to bed I smoked and when I awoke I smoked. I just smoked away my life.

Quitting smoking was to be one of my greatest achievement.
